These are your tasks

Together with your team, you will be involved in the further development of existing services, such as the DataScience Toolbox, as well as the design of new statmath and ifm products.
• you will con­fi­dent­ly lead, man­age and fur­ther expand the two-per­son team in both a spe­cial­ist and man­age­r­i­al capac­i­ty
• you will accom­pa­ny and coor­di­nate the entire process from the first idea in the con­cept phase to the fin­ished prod­uct, con­tribut­ing your own ideas
• you will act as an inter­face between the UI/UX and back-end teams
• stay­ing hands-on, you will devel­op microser­vice-based prod­ucts with Angu­lar 10 (update to Angu­lar 14 will fol­low soon) using Type­Script

You like taking responsibility and accompanying all stages of the IT product development cycle from design to development and testing. And you have an eye for design.
 
Then this job could be for you:
  • sev­er­al years of pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence as a soft­ware devel­op­er (m/f/nb) spe­cial­is­ing in front-end
    devel­op­ment
  • very good skills in Angular/TypeScript, JavaScript,
    HTML5 and CSS3
  • pre­vi­ous ini­tial lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence is desir­able
    but not manda­to­ry
  • pro­fes­sion­al work­ing pro­fi­cien­cy in Ger­man and
    excel­lent com­mand of Eng­lish are a pre­req­ui­site
    for this posi­tion
  • will­ing­ness to spend the major­i­ty of your work­ing
    time at our loca­tion in Siegen, Ger­many
